If you take a boy to Chapters, he'll go through many titles in the young adult section. He'll have a tough time narrowing down his choices, and he'll get distracted by the games and toys and building sets. Eventually, he'll settle on a few novels from a series he just started reading, and he'll start reading one of his new books as soon as he has his seatbelt done up in the car. He won't say a word to his brother, even when provoked, because he is so engrossed in his book. And he won't stop reading until he's done books 2 and 3 in the series... after which, he'll ask to take him back to Chapters to buy the next book in the series...
This is why one has to be careful about taking a boy to Chapters.
